# Legato: The End (Thank You)

> Legato Labs is closing. A short thank-you note from founder Roy Osherove to everyone who built it, tried it, listened, supported it and believed in it.

legatohq.com was the site of Legato Labs (2023-2026), founded by Roy Osherove. Legato built music licensing tools and Legato Artist Stores. The site is now a single farewell page; the old blog and pages are gone and their URLs redirect to it.
